Lärmletter is an effort to round up interesting music events in Vienna twice a month, directly inspired by London Sound Index and nyc noise. It’s non-exhaustive by design, meaning we don’t aim to cover everything and that we also know we can’t even cover everything fulfilling any set of criteria. We try to focus especially on left-field and DIY music that’s not over-commercialised within different genres/scenes according to our knowledge, experience, and personal preferences. So some types of music we don’t feature a lot because we’re not so familiar with them.
